Returns
At this time, all returns are valid for exchange or coupon only.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the ship date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached. 

All sale, non-apparel and intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include items such as cosmetics, sanitary gods, swimwear, balloons, jewellery and customised items.

To initiate a return you can e-mail us at detailgrouptt@gmail.com or by using this form. 

Include the order number and the item you would like to return.

Please note that if your previous order no longer qualifies for free shipping after the return, standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns by mail:
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item.

1. Initiate a return by email.
2. Securely pack the items.
3. Ship to:

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a coupon code will be sent to your email, which can be used at checkout.


Returns to our store:
Once you have initiated a return by email, a drop off date will be scheduled.

Once your return is received unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached, your refund will be processed. You can either exchange them for your new items or a coupon code will be sent to your email, which can be used at a later date.

Have us pick up your returns or exchange at your home/work:
