We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

 

  • ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Please provide accurate information when placing orders, full name or business name, email address, contact complete and accurate order for all purchases made at our store or online. Kindly update your account information if it changes.

 

  • DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.  

If an item is out of stock, discontinued, or we can't facility the order requested in any way, we'll notify you by contacting the e‑mail or phone number provided at the time, the order was made.

DISCLAIMER

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase. 

  • Certain products are non-refundable (including, but not limited to, printed, washed, decorated, or final sale items.
  • Final sale items include sale items, hats, underwear, leggings & biker shorts.

DETAIL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN PRODUCTS AS RETURNS

Kindly note buyers may not return items without SELLER'S consent.

To begin the process of returning or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist. 

RESTOCKING FEE

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the goods are specially ordered by the Buyer, the Seller shall have no obligation to accept the return of the goods, and the Buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the goods.

  • TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

Add at least one item to your shopping cart, click the Cart button to review items and then the Checkout button at the bottom right corner of the Cart page.

During checkout, you can select shipping or in-store pick up. If you have selected shipping, please enter all information (full name, contact, address for delivery, etc.).  Delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 working days.

If you'd prefer in-store pick up, our address is #5 Patraj Trace, El Socorro South, San Juan. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.

For In-store pick-up you have the option to make a 50% down payment or pay upon collection. However, if you'd like shipping the total for items and delivery must be paid before the items can be sent.

Always review your orders before its final, to see if you must make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item.

 

  • WHO CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?

You, your designated pick-up person, or courier can collect your order.  Have your ID or confirmation email ready to show the store associate.

Do note if you are sending someone or a courier, please inform us along with their names via email or WhatsApp so that we are aware of whom is collecting on your behalf.

Any additional information will be greatly appreciated.

 

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE HELD AT THE STORE?

Orders made online or via WhatsApp will be held at the store for 5 days if they aren't paid for. Unpaid items will be restocked for purchase. 

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! simply call or message us, and if you forget to contact us within the 5-day period, your order will be canceled automatically. If the order was paid for a refund or credit can be added to your account.

 

We process orders as quickly as possible. High demand can sometimes cause certain items to sell out. If that happens to one of your ordered items, we will contact you immediately. If the item won't be back in stock, the item will be cancelled.

If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler

 

- Tops

Bust / Chest

Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body (without a shirt is best), crossing over the fullest part of your chest

 

Sleeves

With your arm bent at 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip. Measure from the back of your neck to your shoulder, elbow, and wrist.

 

-Bottoms (women)

Waist

Measure around the natural waist, keeping the tape measure taut.

 

Hips

Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

 

Inseam

Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the floor. For a shorter inseam, order an Ankle length size. For a shorter inseam and smaller overall fit, order a Petite size. For a longer inseam order a long length size. For an extra-long inseam and proportionate fit, order a tall size.

 

 

-Bottoms (men)

Waist

Measure around your waist where your pants usually fall. Keep one finger between the tape and your body to ensure an accurate fit.
